Long Cabbage (Chinese Cabbage) has pale, succulent leaves with crisp, delicate, mild, and sweet flavor. Add it to your soup or you can also eat it raw in salads and it€™s often added to stir-fries and steamed food. Cabbage is high in beta-carotene, vitamin C and fiber.
