Kale is a sweet, crunchy, nutrient-rich vegetables that will leave a flavourful after-taste to be experienced and well remembered.

It has a tender, chewy texture and a slightly bitter, peppery flavor.

Kale leaves can be chopped and sautéed in a large skillet with olive oil and salt, just like spinach or eaten raw.
