Japanese Sweet Potatoes, or commonly known as Satsuma-Imo, have a very sweet taste and a yellow-colored soft flesh. With distinct purple or reddish color skin, inside the sweet potatoes are creamy white flesh that turns yellow after cooking. It can be grilled, deep-fried, roasted, or any way you prefer! They are also a great source of vitamins A, minerals, potassium, iron, and copper.
