Chinese Yam / Wai San (500g±)
The taste of Chinese yam is quite similar to water chestnut, but with a firmer and slimmer texture. Chinese yam is very easy to cook. You can chop up the roots and stir-fry or saute with your spices of choice in just a couple of minutes. Plus, you can substitute it in many recipes that use other types of yams and sweet potatoes. Unlike other yams, Chinese yam is not very sweet.Promises ~ We source as much as possible directly from local farms. ~ We pack the orders after checking the quality of the fresh produces.
