Banana leaves are often used to wrap marinated fish or meat, for grilling or sticky (glutinous) rice for boiling. They are also used as a lining of plates for food to be served on it. Try grilling fish with our homemade sambal sauce wrapped with banana leaves. Moist, aromatic, spicy, and full of flavor. The banana leaf will turn bright green at first, then brown as you cook. It will give a nice pleasant smoky flavor to your food.
