Poon Choi Ingredient:
Tiger Prawn, Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Chicken Part, Shitake Mushroom, Fish Maw, Dry Oyster, Japanese Hotate, Fatt Choy, Yam, Raddish, Chinese Cabbage, Korean Glass Noodle. 老虎虾、鲍鱼、海参、鸡腿、上等茶菇、鱼鳔、耗士、日本熟带子、发菜、芋头、白萝卜、大白菜、韩国冬粉。

Defrost Instruction:
Method 1:
Keep the frozen Poon Choi in the chiller with temperature of 3-5°C for 24 hours to defrosts.

OR
Method 2:
Put the frozen Poon Choi under the clean tap running water for 45mins to 1 hour to defrosts.

Cooking Method:
1. Open the wrapping plastic and steam cook Poon Choi (without prawn) for 15 to 20 minutes in defrosted condition.
2. Open the prawn wrapping plastic and rinse the prawn with clean tap water.
3. Put the prawn into the steaming pot on the last 10 minutes of the cooking duration.
4. Poon Choi is ready to be enjoyed! (Serving up to 4-5 pax).
