Atlantic salmon is enjoyed in more than 100 countries around the world for one reason - origin matters. The salmon spends its life swimming in crystal clear, arctic waters with plenty of space to build muscle and flavour.
Salmon have a natural high content of protein and contains a lot of the healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are high in Omega-3 fatty acids and rich in the fat-soluble Vitamin D.
Atlantic salmon steak can be pan-fried in butter, sage and served with asparagus. It's a delicious dish that is also very easy to make!
