Barramundi Whole Fish (600g-800g±)


Siakap /Barramundi has flesh which is a pearly-pink when raw and white when cooked. It has firm flesh with large, moist flakes and a sweet, buttery flavor profile. The flesh has only a few bones which are large and easy to remove. The skin is also edible and crisps up nicely. It provides a high level of vitamin A, which is an antioxidant specifically linked to eye and vision health.

Barramundi can be roasted with ginger and soy dressing or salt baked.
