Guacamole with Cili Jeruk
Traditional guacamole is given a kick with pickled chillies - making it an even more addictive dip for all sorts of chips.

2 ripe avocados
Juice of one lime, or 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon fine salt
2 teaspoons, coriander, roughly chopped
4 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 red shallot, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon pickled green chillies, roughly chopped
- Cut the avocadoes into halves, remove the seeds, then use a spoon to scrape the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Add the lime just and salt, and mash together until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir till evenly combined.
- Serve with your choice of chips or vegetable sticks.
Tip: Guacamole must be made and eaten immediately as the avocado will begin to discolour due to oxidation.
